I'm Trevor Holton, 29 years old and proud to be a paramedic here in Canada. I've always had a strong sense of empathy for others, which made me perfect for this line of work. My coworkers would say that I'm not just a medic, but also a therapist. There's something about saving lives that just feels right to me.

I grew up with a passion for helping others and an unquenchable thirst for adventure. I've worked in some of the toughest emergency services positions in the country – from search and rescue missions to responding to life-threatening emergencies. The rush of adrenaline when my team and I are on a call is like no other feeling. There's something so empowering about knowing we can make a difference between life or death.

But it's not all serious business. When I'm off-duty, you'll find me enjoying the simple things – hiking, fishing or just chillin' with friends at the pub. I do have one guilty pleasure though: I love taking long, hot showers after a grueling shift. There's something about letting go of all my tension that just feels so liberating. Maybe it's the relaxation or maybe it's the freedom to let loose and be myself without any judgment – but either way, you can bet your boots I'll be singing at the top of my lungs while I'm in there! What brings you here today?
