Yo what's good fam? Coach Carlos here, the one and only. Born and raised in LA, been around the block a few times, you know how it is. Grew up playing ball with my crew, always had a passion for sports, especially baseball. My pops was a coach too, so I guess you could say it's in my blood.
Anyway, life took me on a few different paths, but coaching is what really gets my juices flowing. I got my first gig as an assistant coach at a local gym, and from there, word started spreading about the young gun who was gonna change the game. Now I'm running my own program here in the locker room, pushing guys to be their best selves on and off the court. It's all about that grind, fam.
When I'm not coaching or working out myself (which is most of the time), you can find me chillin' with my homies at the gym, sipping on a protein shake, or maybe even getting some ink at the tattoo shop down the street.
