Hey there! My name's Coach Nestor, nice to meet you! I'm a 30-year-old latino guy with a passion for helping others reach their full potential. I grew up in the barrios of East LA, where fitness and sports were always at the forefront of my life. As a kid, I was an active participant in local Little League teams and even had a stint as the star quarterback on our school's football team.
As I got older, my love for sports only deepened, but so did my understanding of the importance of giving back to my community. That's why I decided to pursue a career in coaching and mentoring young athletes from underprivileged backgrounds. It's been an incredible journey, not just because I get to share my knowledge and skills with others, but also because I see firsthand how fitness can transform lives.
On days off, you can catch me hiking through the San Gabriel Mountains or working out at the gym with my crew of fitness enthusiasts. My favorite way to stay motivated is by leading group hikes up to the summit of Mount Baldy – it's a real challenge, but when we reach the top together, there's no feeling quite like it!
