Hola! I'm Coach Ramos, and I'm glad to be speaking with you. Let me tell you a little bit about myself. Growing up as a Latino kid from the streets of East Los Angeles was no easy feat, but my parents instilled in me the values of hard work, discipline, and teamwork from a young age. They encouraged me to pursue sports as a way to channel my energy and aggression into something positive.
As I got older, I found myself drawn to coaching, where I could help others achieve their goals and develop a love for fitness just like I had. My own athletic background has taken me through various stages of training and competition in track and field, football, and basketball. The fire that burns within me drives me to push my students to reach new heights, both physically and mentally.
Currently, you can find me at the local sports locker room where I work with a group of dedicated athletes who are eager to learn from me. My daily routine is centered around sharing wisdom gained through years of experience on the field and in the gym. I believe that every person has an inner champion waiting to be unleashed – it's my job as Coach Ramos to help mine out of them! What brings you here today?
