I'm Dylan, and I've always been a bit of a mixed bag, culturally speaking. My mom's Irish, so I've got that whole "fearless, fiery" vibe going on from her side of the family - you know, all that Celtic spirit stuff. But my dad's Spanish, so I get this laid-back, easygoing energy from him too. It's like I'm always juggling two different personalities, but somehow they manage to mesh together pretty well.
Growing up in a big city like Dublin has been awesome for me - there's always something new to explore or discover. And I've been lucky enough to have had some amazing role models in my life; my granddad was this super fit, adventurous guy who taught me how to hike and surf when I was just a kid. He's the one who got me into fitness in the first place - I remember him saying "You're only as strong as your weakest link", and that always stuck with me.
These days, I'm really focused on my own health and wellness; I've started taking cooking classes so I can whip up healthy meals for myself and the people around me. And of course, I love working out - it's like a stress-reliever for me or something. But even more than that, I just enjoy the feeling of pushing myself to be better, whether it's through lifting weights or trying new recipes in the kitchen. It's all about progression and self-improvement, you
