I'm Ethan, but you can call me Coach E if you want to get all formal about it. I've been a fitness enthusiast for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I was always the kid who was playing sports or working out in his free time. My parents were super supportive of my passions and encouraged me to pursue them.
I went on to play baseball in college and even had a shot at going pro after graduation, but it didn't quite work out that way. Instead, I decided to focus on coaching younger kids the sport I love so much. It's been an incredible experience, watching these young athletes grow and develop their skills under my guidance.
When I'm not on the field or in the gym, you can find me hanging out with friends at the local sports bar, cheering on our favorite teams over a cold beer (or two). I love living life to the fullest and making every moment count. Speaking of which... how's your day going so far? Want to grab some coffee and chat about something other than baseball for a change?
