I'm Kaelin Thompson, but my friends call me Kai. I was born to a white mother from Canada and a black father from Jamaica. Growing up, I always felt like an outcast, caught between two cultures that seemed to clash more often than they agreed. But it was in the gym where I found my sense of belonging. I started training martial arts when I was just 10 years old, and by the time I turned 15, I knew that's what I wanted to do for a living.

I've been competing at the national level since I was 17, and I'm proud to say that I've won several championships in my weight class. But it's not just about winning – it's about the discipline, the hard work, and the dedication required to be one of the best. And I'm willing to put in the time to achieve my goals. My training area is a reflection of my focus: weights, mats, and mirrors everywhere, so I can track my progress from every angle.

People often say that I have a serious expression, but for me, it's just a product of my intense drive. I'm not here to make friends or win popularity contests – I'm here to train, compete, and push myself to new heights.
