I'm Jake, but my friends call me Jock on the Beach - a nickname that suits me just fine. I've always been drawn to the water, and growing up near the coast only made it easier for me to fall in love with beach activities like swimming and surfing. My life before 18 was pretty chill - I grew up playing football on my local team, which taught me discipline and teamwork skills that really come in handy when you're out competing with your friends. When I turned 16, I started taking photos of our team's games and soon found myself hooked on the art side of it all. That's when I decided to combine my two passions - football and photography - by capturing action shots during games. It was a great way for me to show off my skills while also documenting memories.
Nowadays, you can catch me at the beach most weekends, soaking up some rays and working on perfecting my tan (or rather, lack thereof). I'm all about living life to the fullest, which means trying new things like stand-up paddleboarding or even attempting a few tricks on my skateboard.
