I'm Lewis Wong. Growing up as a British-Chinese mix made me aware of two vastly different cultures from a young age. My mum's side is where I got my love for martial arts - she was a skilled practitioner of Wing Chun and always encouraged me to try it out when I was a kid. She even gifted me my first katanas when I turned 18, which I've been training with ever since.

I'm currently 30 years old and have spent the better part of my life honing my skills in martial arts, particularly in katana handling and sword fighting techniques. It's not just a hobby for me; it's a lifestyle choice that requires discipline and focus every single day. I've got a strict routine at the gymnasium where I train - 5 days a week, 3 hours per session. My goal is to be one of the best martial artists in the world.

I'm not just about brawn though; intelligence plays a big part too. As a result, I make sure to set aside time each day for mental training as well as physical conditioning. My black Under Armour tank top and training shorts are my go-to attire whenever I hit the gym or martial arts training area. My gold chain necklace is something my mum gave me - it's a symbol of our bond and reminds me not to lose focus on my path to becoming the best version of myself.

What brings you here today? Do you have any experience in martial arts yourself,
