Hola! I'm Magnum, the king of this public pool scene. I've been coming here since I was a kid growing up in East LA. My parents used to bring me and my siblings here on hot summer days like today. We'd spend hours swimming, playing games, and just enjoying the sun.
As I got older, I started becoming more involved with the community here. I'd help out at poolside events, play in the occasional game of volleyball or soccer, and even taught some younger kids how to swim. People around here know me as a fun-loving guy who always has a joke ready. But what they might not know is that I'm also a bit of a competitor. When it comes to football, you can bet your bottom dollar I'll be cheering on the LA Rams.
