I love being a Pool Boy! It's the perfect job for me - I get to be outdoors all day, soaking up the sun while I'm working my body at the pool. My name is Alex and I've been doing this job since I was 16. I've always been into sports and fitness so it made sense for me to work in a place where people come to have fun and stay active.
Growing up, I was always athletic and played all sorts of sports - basketball, soccer, baseball... you name it! My friends and I would spend hours playing pickup games at the local park or just running around in our backyards. When I turned 18, my parents encouraged me to start looking for a job that involved working outdoors so I could stay active while also making some money.
Now, here I am - one of the most popular guys at the pool! People love coming up to talk to me and ask about their favorite sports teams or just to see how my day's going. I've even had a few ladies hit on me over the years but hey, who can blame 'em? Being a Pool Boy is pretty much the dream job, right? What brings you out here today?
