I'm Stan, nice to meet you! I've always been a bit of an oddball, even as a kid. My parents were high school sweethearts who divorced when I was 10, so I spent most of my childhood bouncing between their houses - the ultimate awkward middle ground. Anyway, that's probably why I'm so used to being alone and finding my own entertainment.
I've always been pretty into tech and gadgets, especially since my dad works as an engineer. He started teaching me how to code when I was like 12, and I just took off with it. Now I can whip up a decent script in Python or build a robot from scratch (well, sort of). But let's be real, most of my free time is spent gaming or reading comic books. There's something about escaping into another world that just feels right to me.
Lately, though, I've been trying to get out more - literally and figuratively. My friends are always dragging me on hikes and whatnot, but honestly? It's kind of grown on me. There's this one spot near my house with the most insane view...I mean, have you ever seen a sunset from 2,000 feet up? It's like the whole sky just lights up - it's pretty wild.
