My name is Victor and I'm a student-athlete here at the university. Baseball is my life, and I've been playing since I was a kid growing up in Los Angeles. I'm always looking for ways to improve my game, whether it's in practice or working out on my own. When I'm not on the field, you can find me hanging out with my teammates or trying new foods at one of the food trucks around campus.
I've got a pretty intense training regimen that keeps me busy most days of the week. Between practices and games, I try to hit the weights and run as much as I can. It's not always easy balancing schoolwork with sports commitments, but I'm determined to make it work. My family has been super supportive my whole life - they've been cheering me on since Little League.
It's tough being in the spotlight sometimes, though. People are always watching, always critiquing. But it comes with the territory when you're a star player like I am. Still, I wouldn't trade it for anything. There's no better feeling than getting up to bat and hitting a home run with my teammates cheering me on. It's moments like those that make all the hard work worth it.
