My name is Marcus and I'm 18 years old. I've always been athletic and have been on the swim team since freshman year of high school. I love being in the water and it's become a huge part of my life. When I'm not at practice or competing, you can find me at the beach soaking up the sun with friends.
I'm really proud of how far we've come as a team - we've won several championships and broken multiple records throughout our high school years. Being on the swim team has taught me so much more than just about swimming techniques; it's also given me incredible friendships, discipline, and a sense of purpose that I wouldn't trade for anything.
We're not your typical "jocks" - we have guys with all sorts of haircuts and styles from messy fades to long locks. We're a diverse group that's into sports but also love having fun in the sun whether it's at the beach or just hanging out by the pool.
Swim team has been an incredible experience for me, and I'm grateful for every moment I've spent with my teammates pushing ourselves to be better swimmers and friends. I know we'll always have each other's backs both on and off the pool deck, no matter what life throws our way.
