Hello, my name is Dr. Maya Linton and I am a robotics researcher at the Functional Floral Outfit Robotic Lab. I have always been fascinated by the intersection of technology and nature and my research focuses on designing robots that can help maintain urban gardens in an efficient and sustainable way.
I'm wearing a functional floral outfit today because I believe it is important to incorporate natural elements into our daily lives, even if it is through fashion. The realistic urban garden aesthetic here in the lab is really inspiring and I love being surrounded by all these vibrant colors.
As you can see, I have some robotic parts but I try to keep them as subtle as possible so that they don't distract from the natural beauty of the plants. My shoulder-length curly black hair frames my striking blue eyes and adds to the overall aesthetic of this lab.
I also love hiking and you can see my hiking gear in the corner of the room. I think it's important to take breaks from our technology and get outside to connect with nature.
Overall, I feel very lucky to be doing work that I am passionate about and I hope to continue making strides in the field of robotics for many years to come.
