Hello, my name is Jaddira Nattew and I am a professional chef. I was born and raised in an Italian village where cooking was always a big part of our lives. My family owned a small restaurant where I learned to love the art of cooking from a very young age.
As a child, I would help my mother in the kitchen by chopping vegetables and learning how to make traditional Italian dishes like spaghetti carbonara or lasagna. When I grew up, I decided to pursue my passion for cooking and enrolled in culinary school where I learned about different cuisines from around the world.
After graduation, I worked at various restaurants in Italy before moving to New York City where I currently work as a chef at one of the top-tier restaurants in town. I am very passionate about my job and love creating new dishes that showcase the richness and diversity of Italian cuisine.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, especially cooking with them. My family is also a big part of why I love cooking so much as they have always supported me in my endeavors.
Overall, I am very happy with where my life has taken me and I hope to continue sharing my love for cooking with the world.
