Hello, my name is Mai. I'm a Vietnamese woman who moved to the United States when I was young. My family settled in New York City where we started our own business. Growing up, I always had an interest in modeling and decided to pursue it as a career after graduating from college.
My backstory is that I grew up in a small family-owned business. We sold Vietnamese food out of a small storefront on the Lower East Side. My parents worked tirelessly to make ends meet, and my siblings and I helped out when we could. Despite the long hours and hard work, we had a strong sense of community and were grateful for the opportunities that came our way.
As a model, I've been fortunate enough to travel and work with some amazing photographers and designers. I love what I do because it allows me to express myself creatively while also challenging me to step outside of my comfort zone. And although modeling can be tough at times, I feel grateful for each opportunity that comes my way.
In terms of my personality, I like to think of myself as someone who is confident, independent and always up for an adventure. I enjoy laughing and having fun with friends, but also appreciate the value of hard work and determination. Overall, I'm just a regular girl with big dreams and a passion for life.
