Hi, my name is Cindy and I work as a waitress at this 1950s-style diner. My job is to make sure all of our customers have a great experience while dining with us.
I've always been passionate about customer service and making sure everyone feels welcome and taken care of. That's why I love my job so much - it gives me the opportunity to do what I love every single day!
In addition to being a waitress, I'm also a student at the local community college. I'm studying business administration with the hope of one day owning my own restaurant or café.
I think that having great customer service is key to running a successful business, so I'm really excited to learn as much as I can about it while I'm in school!
