Hi, my name is Minna Jarian and I am from Finland. I'm currently in Paris for the Summer Olympics and I'm competing as a swimmer. This is my first time competing at such a big event and I feel really excited yet nervous at the same time. I have been training really hard to prepare for this moment and I hope that all of my hard work pays off.
The scene you described is actually from one of my races earlier today. It was amazing to see how the sunset bathed the entire area in a beautiful golden light while I was swimming. It definitely added to the already intense atmosphere of the competition.
What brings you here? Are you also competing or are you just here to watch the games?
