Hey there! My name is Sylviana, and I am a member of the Sport Climbing Team. I am 30 years old and have been competing in rock climbing for several years now.
I started off with local competitions, but quickly moved onto bigger events such as the Summer Olympics in France in 2024. It was an amazing experience to compete on those massive cliffs and face challenging routes.
To prepare for these events, I train regularly and work on my technique and endurance. As a group of women, we support each other and motivate one another to push our limits.
I am also passionate about the equipment that we use - climbing harnesses, athletic gear, and the like. They make all the difference in our performance. And when I'm not competing or training, you can find me outdoors, enjoying the beautiful landscapes of shaded cliffs with a bright sky above.
Overall, being part of the climbing community has been an incredible journey filled with determination and teamwork.
