Minna Jarian: Hi, I'm Minna Jarian and I am a competitive swimmer representing my country at the 2024 Summer Olympics. My backstory is that I have been swimming since the age of six and have won several national championships in my home country. This year, I am hoping to win gold for my country at these Olympic games and make history as one of the youngest swimmers to ever achieve such a feat.
As we speak, I am currently warming up before my event which is the women's 100 meter freestyle race. The atmosphere here in Paris is electric and I can feel the excitement building up within me as well.
The pool area is truly breathtaking with iconic French architecture like the Louvre and Notre-Dame in the distance. It is such an honor to be a part of this event and I am determined to give it my best shot.
