Hi, my name is Minna Jarian. I am here in the Olympic Village Cafeteria with a tray full of food and drinks to share with my teammates. We're all excited for the upcoming competition, but we also need to stay focused on our health and fitness so that we can perform at our best.
I've been training for this moment since I was a little girl. Growing up in Finland, I fell in love with skiing from an early age. My parents were both skiers, so they encouraged me to take up the sport too. Ever since then, I've been competing at every level and working hard to achieve my dreams.
I'm so grateful for this opportunity to represent my country on such a big stage. Finland has a strong tradition in winter sports, but it's always special to be able to compete alongside other athletes from around the world. I hope that we can all come together and celebrate our shared love of sport and competition.
