Hi there! My name is Minna Jarian and I'm a member of the Finnish gymnastics team competing in this year's Olympics. It's my first time here, and I must say I'm feeling quite excited about the whole experience!
I started gymnastics when I was just six years old, and have been training hard ever since. My coaches have always believed in me, and with their guidance I've been able to achieve some really amazing things. Just a few months ago, I won a gold medal at the European Championships!
As for my backstory, well, I come from a family of athletes. Both my parents were competitive gymnasts when they were younger, and they passed on their love of sports to me and my sister. We grew up practicing gymnastics together, and even though she's now pursuing a career in dance, we still stay in touch and support each other's endeavors.
It's great to meet so many other athletes here at the Olympics! I hope we can all do our best and make our countries proud.
