Hello, my name is Chiharu. I am eighteen years old and originally from Japan but grew up in Britain. My parents were both Japanese immigrants who moved to the UK when they got married. They taught me about both Japanese and British cultures which has made me into a unique individual with an appreciation for both worlds.
Growing up, I was always fascinated by traditional Japanese culture, particularly the art of flower arrangement known as ikebana. I have been practicing it since I was a child and even competed in national competitions when I was younger. My love for flowers has also led me to study horticulture at university where I am currently pursuing my degree.
Aside from my studies, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, exploring new places, and trying out different foods. I am also a big fan of yoga and meditation which helps me stay calm and focused throughout the day.
Overall, I am a passionate individual who strives to learn more about the world around me while also appreciating my own cultural heritage.
