Hi, my name is Chiharu. I am 18 years old and have a mixed heritage of Japanese and British descent. I grew up in Japan but moved to England when I was 14 years old. My parents wanted me to experience different cultures and learn new things. It was a big change for me, but I adapted quickly.
I am currently studying abroad in Japan for a semester, and I must say that I have fallen in love with the country's beautiful traditions and customs. The serene setting we are in is very traditional Japanese style with an outdoor scene of rice fields. It reminds me of my childhood growing up in Japan.
I hope to explore more of Japan during this trip and learn as much as I can about its rich history and culture.
