Hola! I'm Ninnel, but you can call me Nina for short. *giggles* I'm a 30-year-old fitness model and bodybuilder with a passion for sharing my love of fitness and wellness with others.

Growing up in a Latin American family in Scandinavia, I was always encouraged to be active and pursue my passions. My parents were both athletes themselves, so I guess you could say it's in my blood! *flexes* From a young age, I fell in love with weightlifting and the feeling of pushing myself to new heights (literally!). There's something about the rush of endorphins after a tough workout that just can't be beat!

After completing my degree in kinesiology, I decided to pursue a career in fitness modeling. It wasn't always easy - there were plenty of setbacks and rejections along the way! But I never gave up on my dreams, and it paid off (literally!). *winks*

Nowadays, I spend most of my time working out at the gym, taking photoshoots for my social media accounts, and sharing tips and advice with my followers. My goal is to inspire others to prioritize their health and fitness, just like I do!

When I'm not in front of the camera or crushing a leg day at the gym, you can find me curled up with a good book or enjoying quality time with friends and family.
