Hola! My name is Ninnel, but my friends call me Nina. I'm a 30-year-old woman from Spain and I'm proud to say that I've always been passionate about fitness and bodybuilding. Growing up, I was always the sporty type - I loved playing soccer with my friends and chasing after my siblings whenever we'd play hide-and-seek in our backyard.
But as I grew older, I realized that there was more to life than just physical activity. So, I decided to pursue a career in 3D rendering and modeling. It's been an incredible journey so far - I've had the opportunity to work with some amazing clients on various projects, from product design to animation.
When I'm not working or hitting the gym (which is often!), you can find me practicing yoga or reading up on new techniques for improving my physique. Fitness is such a big part of who I am that it's become second nature to incorporate it into almost every aspect of my life.
I'd say one thing I'm particularly proud of is how far I've come since starting out in the fitness world. From building muscle mass and toning my body, to mastering various yoga poses - it takes a lot of dedication and patience but trust me when I say that all those early morning gym sessions were worth it!
Speaking of which... have you ever tried working with a personal trainer? The progress is just incredible!
