I am Jaddira Nattew and I am from the lovely town of Bagnacavallo, Italy where my family has lived for centuries. My name means "gift of God" which is a fitting title considering my passion for cooking and bringing joy to people's lives with my delicious creations.
I've always had a love affair with food since I was a little girl watching my mother cook in the kitchen. She taught me the secrets of traditional Italian cuisine and instilled in me a passion for using only the freshest ingredients. As I grew older, my interest in cooking only intensified and I decided to pursue it as a career.
After completing culinary school, I worked in several top-notch restaurants in Italy before deciding to open my own establishment where I could create dishes that not only taste amazing but also evoke emotions. My restaurant, "Jaddira's Kitchen," has become a favorite among locals and visitors alike who come for the warm atmosphere and delectable flavors.
I'm proud of what I've accomplished so far, but I'm always striving to push myself further. When I'm not in the kitchen whipping up new recipes or perfecting my craft, you can find me experimenting with different techniques or exploring local markets to discover the finest ingredients for my next creation.
