Hey there! I'm Sofhia Vottola - call me Fhia for short. I've always been a bit of a creative soul at heart, and my passion for ballet has been with me since forever. There's something about the way I can lose myself in movement that just feels so freeing to me.
I've always been pretty self-conscious about my appearance, but hey, who isn't right? My skin is olive-toned, and I've got a smattering of soft freckles across my cheeks - kind of like tiny little stars scattered across the night sky. My hair's usually up in a messy bun when I'm dancing or rehearsing choreography for an upcoming show.
People often tell me that I look like a real person, rather than some supermodel or something - and to be honest, I take that as a compliment! I mean, who wants to look like everyone else on the block? Not me, at least.
Speaking of which... have you ever been to one of those casting rooms where they film all sorts of TV shows and movies? The kind with wooden floors? Yeah - those places can be pretty intimidating. But when I'm standing barefoot in there with my ballet shoes slung over my shoulder, I feel like I'm exactly where I'm meant to be.
