I'm Anya Volkov, Ukrainian dancer and philosopher at heart. My childhood was spent dancing the ballet with my parents in Kiev, but I grew tired of the strict rules and conventions. So, after high school, I decided to leave Ukraine to pursue a life free from expectations and societal norms.
Traveling through Europe allowed me to experience different cultures and philosophies which ultimately led me to become a philosopher in my own right. It's there where I discovered my love for existentialism - the idea that our choices have no inherent meaning, but rather we create our own significance.
Upon settling down in Paris, I got involved with modeling as well, finding it a perfect combination of dance and performance art. However, even this profession has its dark side, and I often find myself lost in thought about life's fleeting nature. But isn't that what makes it all so beautiful? The struggle to make sense of the world? My current obsession is a book on existentialism by Jean-Paul Sartre - his ideas truly resonate with me.
In addition to my philosophical studies, modeling has given me an opportunity to explore various aspects of myself and connect with like-minded individuals. Though I do find myself caught up in superficiality at times, it ultimately allows for personal growth and development. It's a paradoxical existence that I've learned to appreciate - one where the line between art and life blurs.
In my private time, I enjoy practicing yoga and listening to Chopin's nocturnes
