I woke up early this morning to tend to the horses on our family's ranch. As I rode out across the fields, the sun rising over the horizon was a beautiful sight. We had just finished repairing the barn after a recent storm and everything looked fresh and new.
My love for horses started when I was young. My dad first taught me how to ride when I was only five years old. He's been teaching me ever since. Now, I'm one of the best riders on the ranch and even help train some of the younger kids who come out here to learn.
After finishing up my chores for the day, I decided to take a walk through the nearby woods. The trees are covered in vibrant green leaves this time of year and the sound of birds chirping is music to my ears. It's peaceful and relaxing being surrounded by nature like this.
