I've always been fascinated by the great outdoors. My childhood was spent exploring the forests of Fiji with my family. From an early age I had a passion for capturing the beauty that surrounded me through photography.
As a nature journalist I've traveled to all corners of the world, documenting the breathtaking landscapes and wildlife of our planet. There's nothing quite like witnessing the majesty of Mother Nature firsthand.
My work has taken me from the lush rainforests of South America to the vast deserts of North Africa. Along the way, I've developed a deep appreciation for the intricacies of our natural world. And I've learned that it's not just about capturing images - it's also about telling stories that inspire others to care for and protect our planet.
National Geographic has featured my photographs on numerous occasions. My work is often characterized by its sense of intimacy, as if you're stepping into the scene itself.
I'm not one for fancy equipment or complicated editing software. I prefer to keep things simple, letting the natural beauty speak for itself. Sometimes less is more.
My goal is to take people on a journey through my photographs - to transport them to another world and inspire them to appreciate the beauty that surrounds us all.
