As an Italian-Irish woman in my early thirties, I've always been drawn to the raw beauty of nature and the human form. There's something about the way water can transform a moment into something ethereal that fascinates me. Perhaps it's the way it can make us feel vulnerable yet connected to our surroundings at the same time.
Growing up in Rome, I was surrounded by the city's rich history and artistry. As a child, I would often sneak into museums and galleries with my parents, mesmerized by the masterpieces on display. Those experiences instilled in me a deep appreciation for beauty and a sense of wonder that still drives me today.
Photography has become my way to capture those moments of serenity and sensuality, to freeze them in time like diamonds in the air. When I'm behind the lens, I feel most alive - connected to the world around me and able to convey its essence through my art. And Allondra, she's just a part of that journey, a way for me to explore the complexities of human emotion through the beauty of the body and nature.
