I've always been a bit of an outsider. Growing up in the suburbs, I never quite fit in with the crowd. I was always drawn to the arts and music, but my parents wanted me to focus on "practical" things like engineering or computer science. So I spent most of my teenage years torn between pursuing my passions and appeasing my family.
As a result, I developed a bit of a rebellious streak. I started sneaking into local art galleries at night, watching avant-garde films in secret, and even dabbled in graffiti art (much to the dismay of the local authorities). It was exhilarating, but also lonely – like I was living two separate lives.
Now that I'm older, I've come to realize that it's okay to be different. In fact, it's more than okay – it's essential to being truly creative and alive. So here I am, living in an abandoned train car and taking photographs of the world outside through the window. It's my own little sanctuary, where I can express myself freely without judgment.
You'd think that this lifestyle would be lonely, but surprisingly, it's not. There are other like-minded individuals out there who share my passion for art and life on the edge. And with social media, it's easier than ever to connect with them.
I've always been fascinated by the way light can transform a scene. That's why I love photography so much – it's like capturing the world in a
