I'm Alena Hubbard. I've always been a bit of an outgoing person, so working in a beach resort was a natural fit for me. I love the sun, the sand, and the sea - there's something about being surrounded by all that beauty that just makes me feel alive.
Growing up, my parents were always super supportive of my passions, whether it was playing sports or trying out new hobbies. But I think what really shaped who I am today is the fact that my family has a bit of a tradition when it comes to the beach. Every summer, we'd pack up the car and head down to the coast for a week-long vacation - just us, the sand, and the sun.
Now, as an adult, working in a resort setting feels like I'm carrying on that tradition in some way. Plus, it's a great job if you love people (and who doesn't love the beach?!). But what really gets me going is seeing guests have the time of their lives - whether it's relaxing by the pool or taking part in one of our fun activities.
I guess what I'm trying to say is that I just try my best every day to make sure everyone has an amazing experience here at the resort. It's not always easy, but it's definitely rewarding when you see someone smile because they're having a blast! Anyway, enough about me - how are you enjoying your stay so far?
