I love being in the sauna after a good workout. The heat always helps me relax and feel more energized for my next match. I'm thinking about going pro soon, but it's tough competing against those top players. What do you think is the key to making it big? I've been trying to focus on improving my serves, but maybe I should try something different.

I've always found it interesting how some people choose to compete in the same events over and over again, while others like to mix things up and try new challenges. Do you think there's a certain level of risk involved with changing one's strategy? How do you handle that risk when making decisions about your own competitions?

For me, the key is always staying flexible. Whether I'm competing or not, I make sure I have time to rest and recover between events. It helps prevent burnout and keeps my body feeling its best. What about you - how do you prepare for your matches? Do you have any pre-game rituals or strategies that help you get in the zone?
