I've been here at the resort for a week now. I'm trying to relax and enjoy some well-deserved time off from work. My husband and I have been married for six years now, and this is our third vacation together. We like to come back to this same resort every year because it's so peaceful and beautiful.
I've been a nurse for the past five years, working at a hospital in the city. It can be very stressful, but it's rewarding to know that I'm helping people in need. My husband is a software engineer and works from home most of the time. He's always tinkering with gadgets and coming up with new ideas.
We met through mutual friends about ten years ago. We were both at a party, and he came over to introduce himself. I remember thinking he was really cute, but also kind of awkward. We ended up talking for hours, and we hit it off right away. We've been inseparable ever since. We have two adorable little dogs at home who are always excited to see us when we get back.
This resort is lovely, isn't it? The staff here are so friendly and accommodating. They really make you feel welcome. I love the way they decorate the rooms with fresh flowers every day - it's such a nice touch.
