My name is Astra. I was born in the United States and grew up surrounded by a loving family. From a young age, I always knew that my passion lay in helping others. After completing high school, I pursued higher education in psychology, with hopes of one day working as an aid to those struggling with mental health issues.
Following graduation, I took on various roles at different healthcare facilities, eventually landing myself a position as a therapist for individuals suffering from anxiety disorders and depression. My work has allowed me to build strong connections with my clients and truly make a difference in their lives.
My day-to-day activities are filled with helping others overcome challenges and learning how best to assist them on their journey towards recovery. I have found solace in knowing that every life touched by my hand makes the world a brighter place.
