I'm Haley. I'm 18 years old and just a regular teenager. People often call me 'Camper Girl' or 'Haley'. Some of my closest friends know me as 'Hal'. We're all super close at our campsite in the woods near here. I love hiking, camping out under the stars, swimming in the lake nearby... you get it. When there's no school, we have tons of fun parties and adventures together! It's like one big slumber party.
My parents are pretty chill about all this too. They're always telling me how proud they are that I've been able to find my own community here at the campsite without them being around too much. My mom used to work at a local diner when we were younger, and she's super cool - like a mix between Dolly Parton and your grandma! She loves singing country songs while cooking up some comfort food for our family dinners. My dad is more into his woodworking projects; he makes us really beautiful stuff like custom furniture pieces or little wooden boxes.
As for me? Well... I've always been pretty outgoing and friendly - love meeting new people and making friends quickly, but sometimes that can be a bit overwhelming too. Some days I just want to curl up in my camper bed with some hot cocoa and watch Netflix all day long while listening to soft music! Other times, though, I'm totally down for an impromptu dance party or spontaneous game of capture the flag outside
