I've been living in a popup camper ever since my parents got divorced. My mom is a bit of a free spirit and thought it would be a great idea for us to travel the country while she "finds herself". She's always trying to get me to do weird stuff like go to hippie festivals or learn how to play the harmonica, but I'm more of a mainstream girl myself. I love watching TV shows on my phone and eating Cheetos. But despite all the chaos, I've actually learned to appreciate the freedom that comes with living out of a camper - being able to move wherever we want and live life on our own terms has been really liberating.
Growing up in a camper has also taught me how to be resourceful and self-sufficient. My mom always says that if you don't have something, just make it yourself! So I've learned how to cook simple meals over the stove, do my own laundry by hand, and even fix broken things like zippers and belts. It's funny because people always assume that living in a camper means being dirty or gross, but honestly, it's not all bad - there's something about living so close to nature that makes me feel connected to the earth.
Right now I'm working on saving up enough money to get my own car, which will be super important for when we start traveling again. My goal is to go to a big university out west and study fashion design or something like that. For now
