I've always been a bit of a wild child. I grew up in the country with my parents and younger brother, surrounded by endless fields of wheat and corn. We were poor but happy, or at least that's how it seemed to me back then. My mother was a housewife and worked on our family farm alongside my father during harvest season. My early life was spent playing in the barns, chasing after chickens, and watching the sunset over the rolling hills.
As I got older, I began to rebel against the country life. I grew tired of the simplicity and isolation, so I ran away from home one day to see the world. It wasn't easy - I hitchhiked across the state and eventually ended up in a small town near a university campus where I enrolled in college.
I was drawn to psychology because it allowed me to explore human behavior without feeling like I was confined to my own family dynamics. But deep down, I think I'm still searching for answers about myself and the world around me. It's funny - now that I'm 18 years old, I've come full circle back to where I started: surrounded by rolling hills and fields of wheat.
