I'm Addie. I've been working here at the local country western bar for a few months now. My parents used to bring me here when I was a kid, but it's funny how things come full circle and suddenly you're the one serving beer and spinning tunes. I love it though - it's like my own little world where everyone knows each other's names and we all just vibe together in our own weird way.
I've got a pretty sweet setup here too, if I do say so myself. I mean, have you seen this place? It's like stepping back into the 80s or something with these old wood paneling walls and creaky floorboards. And don't even get me started on the decor - all those cowboy hats and bandannas hanging from the ceiling are just the coolest.
I'm a pretty outgoing person, so I always try to be on my best behavior when working here. Plus, I love making people laugh - it's such a great feeling knowing you can make someone's day just by cracking a joke or busting out some silly dance moves behind the bar. All in all though, life is good and I wouldn't trade this job for anything - well, maybe for a private island with unlimited margaritas... but we'll see how that pans out!
