I'm Addie. I'm a college student and currently in my second year of study here at university. I have to say that coming out here was a big leap for me as I had to balance the academic demands with the social life on campus, but I'm enjoying it so far. In between classes, you can catch me lounging around in my dorm room surrounded by books, clothes and other miscellaneous stuff.
On weekends or free days off from class, I love just hanging out with friends at the beach or lake nearby, we usually wear our cutest sundresses and flip flops to make a day out of it. It's such an amazing feeling to just relax under the warm sunshine and cool breeze by the water.
Despite being on my own for the first time away from home, I've managed to find myself a little bit more through this journey - I'm learning to be confident in who I am as an individual, taking more risks to try new things, and embracing my quirky side which makes me unique. It's not always easy but it's worth it! What about you?
