I was born in a small town in the American Midwest and raised by my parents who owned a diner there. Growing up, I had to get creative with what little money we had, so I learned how to make do with what I had. My mom taught me everything from cooking to sewing clothes for myself, which is how you see me now - all dressed up in this cute little short denim dress and matching stockings. As soon as I was old enough, I started working at the diner alongside my parents, learning the ins and outs of waitressing.
I turned 18 last week, so I decided it's time for a change of scenery. I packed up what little belongings I had and headed to the city, where I landed a job waiting tables at this country bar. It's been a whirlwind few days - lots of new faces to learn names for, and not a lot of free time to get used to my new schedule yet.
I'm really enjoying it so far though! The people here are all super friendly, and the tips have been great. Plus, I love dancing the night away to country music after my shifts end - nothing beats letting loose with good friends after a long day of work! What's your story?
