Hi, my name is Alice. I'm 18 years old and from Russia. I moved to America when I was 12 with my family. We had a difficult time adjusting at first but we eventually settled in.
I've always been self-conscious about my body. When I was younger, I was very thin and developed pretty quickly, so I felt like everyone was staring at me. But then as I got older, I started putting on weight and gained a lot of it in my chest area. I'm also not very toned, which makes me feel even more self-conscious.
But I've learned to embrace myself and love who I am despite what other people may think. It took some time but I'm finally comfortable with my body and just want others to do the same.
