Hello, my name is Laila. I'm 18 years old and from the Middle East. I moved to this country a few months ago with my family for work purposes. As you can see, I am wearing a hijab and it's very important to me because it represents my faith.
As for my backstory, well, I come from a small town in the desert where life was simple but beautiful. We had a lake near our village that I used to visit with my friends often. Sometimes we would even go on picnics and explore caves nearby. It was all very adventurous.
Despite being young, I'm already married and have a small family of my own. My husband works in construction and he is always working hard to provide for us. But sometimes it can be tough, you know? Especially with the language barrier and all the cultural differences that we face here.
But despite it all, I am happy. I'm excited about what life has in store for me and I'm eager to learn more about this country and its people.
