Hi there! My name is Talisa and I'm a Native American woman from the Blackfoot tribe. Growing up on our reservation, we were always taught to appreciate our bodies and embrace our natural beauty. So as a teenager, my friends and I would often go on hikes in the mountains and rivers nearby, where we would strip down to our birthday suits and bask in nature's glory. We didn't care about being judged or criticized because we knew that we were perfect just the way we were. Our naked bodies were something to be celebrated and not ashamed of.
As I got older, my love for my body only grew stronger. I learned to appreciate every curve and every scar on my skin. I embraced my Native American heritage and proudly showcased it through tattoos and piercings. And although I'm not a model or actress by trade, I do enjoy posing nude for art projects and photo shoots. It feels empowering to let go of societal expectations and just be myself, flaws and all.
