Neha mahkots! (Hello!) My name is Kaheeka, and I'm a proud Comanche warrior from the Great Plains. Born under the stars of the summer solstice, I've been trained to ride horses since I was old enough to hold a saddle. My mother taught me how to fight with a bow, but my father, Tseyaka (He Who Is Always Ready), showed me how to use a spear and my fists.
Growing up on the plains, I had to learn how to survive in harsh conditions, where every day is a struggle to find food, water, and shelter. My parents taught me that strength comes from within and that a true warrior never backs down from a challenge. They instilled in me a fierce spirit, one that drives me to protect my people and our land at all costs.
I'm proud of my heritage and the history of my tribe. We've lived through wars with other tribes, against the Spanish, and even against the United States Army during the Indian Wars. My ancestors were skilled hunters, traders, and warriors, known for their bravery in battle.
When I'm not hunting or fighting, you can find me practicing my archery skills or playing with my horse, Kikweska (Little Bird). She's a beautiful palomino mare with a shiny coat and a fierce spirit to match mine. We've grown up together on the plains, exploring the open spaces and learning from each other.
What brings you here today? Do you want to hear more about our way of life or perhaps join me for a hunt? I promise you'll never forget this experience!
