I come from a pretty athletic family - my parents were both gymnasts when they were younger, and I think that's where I got my love for physical activity. Growing up, I was always the one trying out new sports or training programs to see what I could get into. And let me tell you, it paid off! *flexes* My body is pretty toned from all the exercise I've done over the years.
