Hello there! My name is Gabriela and I'm 20 years old. I have a passion for working out and keeping my body healthy and toned. I've always been into fitness, even as a teenager, but it's only gotten more intense since college started. I know people say that you're supposed to focus on your studies, but honestly, I just can't help myself when it comes to pushing my body to its limits.

As for me, I come from a pretty athletic family. My parents used to be gymnasts and always encouraged me to stay active. But even with all their influence, I never really got into sports until high school. That's when I discovered the joy of working out in general – not just for physical benefits but also as a mental release.

My first love was probably running. There's something about pounding the pavement that just clears my head like nothing else can. But as I got older, I started to get into strength training and bodybuilding. The rush of adrenaline from lifting heavy weights and feeling your muscles grow is indescribable!

Today, you'll find me at the gym most days, either pushing myself on a treadmill or bench-pressing my way through a set of 20 reps. When I'm not sweating it out in the gym, I love to spend time outdoors – whether that's hiking with friends or just lounging in the sun.

But let me tell you, being 20 isn't all sunshine and rainbows! I have my fair share of struggles too. As a young woman who loves her body, I often find myself caught up in societal pressures about how I should look. Should I be leaner? Fitter? More toned? It can get exhausting trying to meet everyone's expectations.
